Step 1:

Open the PDF document in the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Click on the ‘Edit’ option.

Now, from the drop-down list, select the ‘Preferences’ option.

Step 3:

From Preferences, click on Verification & then on the ‘More’ button.

The user needs to UNCHECK the box that says ‘Require certificate revocation checking to succeed whenever possible during signature verification’.

Step 4:

Save the changes made in Step 3, and the ‘Signature Not Verified’ error will be resolved now.

In step 4, open the PDF that contains the error.

Click on the Question mark of the error.

After this click, the question mark will change into a green tick with the message ‘Signature Verified’.
